HOW IT WORKS

Getting Ready

You can do this at your own pace. But from start to finish, please allow between 20-30 minutes of free time.
Clean your vehicle inside and out. Remove loose items including in the trunk.
Make sure you have between 12-15ft of clear space around the vehicle and that you are in a well-lit area.

Answer Questions and Identify Any Damage

Tell us some details about your vehicle, its current condition, and identify any existing damage.

Take Photos

We’ll ask you to take some photos -- a landscape mode 360° photo, photos of any identified damage, and a few other images. Check out our video tutorials here.

Review and Submit Findings

Review your answers, any damage you’ve identified, your photos and then submit your findings when done.
